1. Preparation of Checklist
We prepare and update a checklist to verify compliance with the requirements of Vietnam EHS regulations. The checklist will include the items to be checked (questions), names of laws and regulations, details of regulations, penalties, and necessary evidence (documents).
Example of checklist for Vietnam
To cover the Law on environmental protection 2020, and related regulations (Decree 08/2022/ND-CP, revised by Decree 05/2025/ND-CP; Circular 01/2022/TT-BTNMT, revised by Circular 07/2025/TT-BTNMT),
Law on energy conservation, Law on water resources, Law on chemicals, Law on occupational health and safety, Law on Fire prevention and fighting, etc.
