Notice for the declaration of Scheduled chemicals, DOC, and DOC-PSF chemicals for 2026

On February 25, 2026, the Vietnam Chemicals Agency (Vinachemia) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Notice No. 27/TB-HC regarding the declaration of Scheduled chemicals, DOC, and DOC-PSF chemicals for 2026.

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 15 and Clause 2, Article 16 of Decree No. 33/2024/ND-CP dated March 27, 2024, of the Government providing regulations on the implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction, the Vietnam Chemicals Agency requests organizations and individuals to comply with the declaration regulations for activities related to Schedule chemicals, DOC, and DOC-PSF chemicals for 2026 as follows:

• Organizations and individuals producing, exporting, importing, processing, using, or stockpiling Schedule 1 chemicals: Submit reports in accordance with the regulations in Article 23, Decree 33/2024/ND-CP.

• Organizations and individuals producing, trading, exporting, importing, processing, or using Schedule 2 chemicals: Submit reports in accordance with the regulations in Article 24, Decree 33/2024/ND-CP.

• Organizations and individuals producing, trading, exporting, or importing Schedule 3 chemicals: Submit reports in accordance with the regulations in Article 25, Decree 33/2024/ND-CP.

• Organizations and individuals producing DOC chemicals with an annual output of 200 tons or more, and DOC-PSF chemicals with an annual output of 30 tons or more: Submit reports in accordance with the regulations in Article 26, Decree 33/2024/ND-CP.

• Reporting forms are prescribed in the Appendix of Decree No. 33/2024/ND-CP.
