Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health Regulations in Vietnam

On February 20, 2025, EnviX, in collaboration with HRnavi, successfully held an online seminar (webinar) on "Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health Regulations in Vietnam." 

Key Topics of the Seminar 

Vietnam's legal system on occupational safety and health is relatively new, with the Occupational Safety and Health Law (84/2015/QH13) enacted in 2015. This law specifically outlines the responsibilities of enterprises in ensuring workplace safety, risk management, and preventive measures against occupational accidents and diseases. 

During the seminar, expert consultants from EnviX and HRnavi analyzed:
