Project Overview:
Enviapac Ltd. has provided a checklist for EHS compliance for 3 factories in different areas of a group.
The checklist lists all the requirements that need to be complied with in factories such as: Environment (environmental management, wastewater, solid waste, air emissions, ambient air), Climate change, Energy, Chemicals, Occupational safety and hygiene, Equipment safety, Electrical safety, Fire prevention and fighting, Transportation...
In addition to providing points that need to be complied with according to the Law/ regulations, the checklist also provides suggested questions for factories to use and self-assess their own factories. The corresponding Law provisions and links to the Law documents are available for factories to review the regulations and view detailed content if needed. A list of documents proving compliance is also provided for each compliance point so that the factory can easily review its internal records
After finishing self-assessment, we helped all 3 factories review each compliance point that was assessed, and then provided advice on how to understand and apply the checklist in the most appropriate way.
In addition, we also supported the customer to select 10 urgent actions that need to be corrected as soon as posible to minimize the factory's risks during operation
Finally, there was a meeting to summarize and answer questions, consult to on the points that need to be complied with in the checklist, as well as the appropriateness of the corrective actions that the factory plans to take to improve the factory's compliance status
Value for customers
With the compliance checklist, all 3 factories in the corporation have an overview of all the regulations that the factory needs to comply with in the field of Health, Environment and Safety.
Based on the checklist, the factory has conducted an internal assessment to review the current compliance level of the factory. Combined with Enviapac's consultancy to come up with a corrective action plan and improvement to increase the factory's compliance level, minimizing violations during operation.

EnviX Ltd.は、ベトナム・ドンナイ省において、日系の金属加工・機械加工・鉄鋼業の工場チェーンを対象とした環境規制遵守状況の監査プロジェクトを実施した。顧客向けに、最新の環境、化学物質、エネルギーに関する法規制を反映したコンプライアンスチェックリストを提供し、稼働中の工場が影響を受ける規制要件を整理した。

Green and Blue Planet Solutions Co., Ltd.（GBP、タイのEnviX子会社）は、日本の包装材メーカーからの依頼を受け、ベトナム・ハノイ近郊の包装工場の買収検討に際し、環境デューデリジェンス（EDD）フェーズ1を実施した。買収前に、対象工場の環境リスクや価値を評価するため、GBPはEnviX Ltd.のベトナム現地チームと協力し、現地調査を行った。
